The Scholarship is open for the 2023–2024 school year. Applicants can come from any country in the world. The scholarship is for programs that lead to a Master’s degree. There will be 37 scholarships given out.

3# Leiden University Excellence Scholarship (LExS)

The Leiden University Excellence Scholarship Programme (LExS) is for talented students from outside the European Economic Area and the European Free Trade Association who want to get a full-time master’s degree at Leiden University.

The Delft Excellence Scholarship is a Fully Funded Scholarship for a Master’s Degree program at the Delft University of Technology. The Justus and Lousie van Effen Scholarship at TU Delft University is open to people from other countries.

Holland’s Ministry of Education gives out the Holland Government Scholarship. Students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to get their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the Netherlands can apply for the Holland Scholarship. The Dutch Ministry of Education gives money for this scholarship.

7# University of Twente Scholarships (UTS)

University Twente Scholarships (UTS) gives out 50 scholarships to excellent students from EU/EEA and non-EU/EEA countries who want to take an MSc program at the University of Twente.
